By accessing or using TheFlowersDelivery.com, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Definitions

4. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However:

  • Natural Variation: Flowers and cakes are perishable and natural products; slight variations in color, size, shape, or packaging may occur.
  • Availability: All Products are subject to availability. In case a specific item is unavailable, we may apply our Substitution Policy (see Section 8).
  • Images: Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact arrangement delivered, especially during high-demand periods or due to seasonal limitations.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in PKR and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect Orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
  • Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed using the available payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, payment gateways).
  • You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold your order.

6. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or on-screen after successful payment; this confirms that we have received your order request.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any Order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of Products, delivery restrictions, or suspicious activity.
  • If we cannot process your order after payment has been made, we may offer an alternative, store credit, or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Delivery Policy

7.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • Free delivery in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi
    • Free delivery is applicable within a 5 KM radius of our dispatch warehouse or outlet in each city.
    • Paid delivery: Locations beyond this distance will incur additional delivery charges, automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • For remote cities such as Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Jhelum, Gujrat, and Pindi Bhattian, delivery fees apply due to extended routes and/or third-party courier services.
    • Special car delivery can be arranged to most cities in Pakistan upon request, subject to additional charges.

7.2 Delivery Time & Same-Day Delivery

  • We strive to complete deliveries on your selected date and, where offered, within preferred time slots.
  • Same-day delivery and specific time-slot delivery depend on:
    • Product availability
    • Order cut-off times
    • Delivery location
  • While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on time, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7.3 Address & Recipient Details

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of placing the order, including:

  • Recipient’s full name
  • Complete delivery address (with landmarks if required)
  • Active contact number(s)

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Non-delivery if the recipient cannot be contacted or is unavailable at the delivery address.

7.4 Recipient Unavailability & Refusal

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
    • Attempt to contact the recipient or you for further instructions.
    • Leave the order with a neighbor, security guard, reception, or at a safe place (if appropriate and safe), at our discretion.
    • Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the order, it will be considered successfully delivered, and
    • No refund or replacement will be provided, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability, regional differences, or sudden shortages, we may occasionally need to substitute:

  • Flowers (type, color, or variety)
  • Wrapping material
  • Packaging
  • Accessories (vases, ribbons, baskets, etc.)

We will:

  • Maintain the overall value, style, and theme of your selected product.
  • Substitute with items of equal or greater value where necessary.

For cakes and particular gifts, if a specific design or brand is unavailable, we may substitute with the closest available option of equal or greater value.

9. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you agree to the policy as outlined. Key points include (for full details, please refer to the separate policy page):

9.1 Change of Mind

  • Once an Order is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are offered for change of mind, as each product is prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused.

9.2 Customized & Made-to-Order Items

  • Customized items (e.g., cakes, printed mugs, personalized gifts, custom flower arrangements) are made to your specifications.
  • No refunds or cancellations are possible once these items are scheduled for preparation or delivery.

9.3 Advance Cancellation

  • Order changes or cancellations may be possible only if requested at least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated, as preparations will already be underway.

9.4 Recipient Refusal

  • If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the order is treated as delivered, and
  • No refund, replacement, or re-delivery will be provided.

9.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Delivery receipt (if applicable)
  • After review, we may offer:
    • A replacement
    • A partial refund
    • Or store credit, depending on the specific situation.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

  • Promotional offers, coupons, and discount codes are subject to specific terms and validity periods.
  • Only one promotion or discount code may generally be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. User Accounts
